我国煤炭主产区产业转型问题研究

由于煤炭在能源消费中比例下降,以及国外低价煤炭进口的压力,煤炭主产区需要产业转型。这些省份基本地处内陆,产业结构单一,民营经济不活跃,经济外向度不高,转型的关键是拓展本地其他优势产业,鼓励民营经济发展,积极承接产业转移,扩大对外开放,构建就业容量大、可持续发展的产业体系。

Study on Industrial Transformation Issues of Coal Main Producing Region in China

Due to a percentage decline of coal in the national energy consumption and the pressure of the imported overseas low price coal, the coal main producing regions needed to have an industrial transformation. Those coal producing provinces basically are located in inland of China with a single industrial structure, an inactive private economy and a low out-oriented economy. The key of the transformation would be to develop local other superior industry, to encourage the private economic development, to actively continue the industrial transfer, to expand the opening up and to establish a industrial system with a high employment volume and sustainable development.
