我国企业海外能源投资战略问题研究

改革开放30年来,我国经济持续高速增长,成就举世瞩目,目前正处于工业化、城市化及市场经济快速发展的阶段。但随之带来的是资源能源的消费量持续增长,产销的缺口逐步增大,对国外能源的依存度不断攀升。阐述了我国企业海外能源投资的必要性,分析了我国企业海外能源投资现状,从投资模式、融资方式、投资领域、技术创新、品牌建设等方面提出了我国海外能源投资战略,并指出了海外能源投资应注意的问题。

Study on Overseas Energy Investment Strategic Issues of Chinese Enterprises

Since the reform and opening of 30 years, China economy sustainably and rapidly increased with attracted world- wide attention achievements and is still in an industrialization, urbanization and market economy rapid developed stage. Subse- quently the consumption value of the resource energy would be sustainably increased, the insufficiency of production and sales would be steadily increased and the dependence of the overseas energy would be continuously increased. The paper stated a necessity of the overseas energy investment by the Chinese enterprises and analyzed the overseas energy investment status of the Chinese enterprises. From an investment mode, financing method, investment area, technology innovation, brand building and other aspects, the paper pointed out the overseas energy investment strategy of the Chinese enterprises and the issues noted in the overseas energy investment.
