| 摘 要： | 根据神华集团公司2013年建设项目初步设计概算全面清理的情况,对超概算项目进行了认真统计并作了详细分析,并基于此对大型集团公司工程造价管理工作提出:加强对概算调整的管理力度、全面推广使用工程造价信息系统、严格控制工程设计变更和概算外新增工程等建议。

| Abstract: | According to the full checking condition of the preliminary design estimations for the construction projects of 2013 in Shenhua Group, a serious statistics and detail analysis were conducted on the super-budget estimation projects. Based on the circumstances, proposals on the enhanced management intensity of the estimation adjustment, fully promotion and application of the project costing information system, serious control project design alteration, new added project beyond the estimation and others were provided for the project costing management of the large group corporation. |
