| 摘 要： | 指出劣势煤炭企业会导致国有重点煤炭企业整体素质下降、市场竞争能力弱化、经济效益滑坡,如不对这些劣势煤炭企业实施关闭破产等退出机制,将制约我国煤炭工业的发展。阐述了煤炭企业实施关闭破产的意义,分析了劣势煤炭企业实施关闭破产存在的障碍,并提出对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The paper pointed out that the inferior coal enterprise could cause a completed quality of the state owned key coal enterprise reduced,the market competitive capacity weaken and the economic benefit downward.Once those inferior coal enterprises are not closed and bankruptcy,the development of China coal industry would be restricted.The paper stated the significance of the coal enterprise to be closed and bankruptcy,analyzed the obstacles from the closed and bankruptcy of the inferior coal enterprises and provided the countermeasures and proposals. |
