| 摘 要： | 从我国小煤矿生产普遍存在的问题入手,阐述了小煤矿兼并重组工作的意义,并从安全生产和经济投入2个维度重点分析了关闭落后小煤矿的实践依据,总结了关闭落后小煤矿工作的思路和基本操作程序,最后对关闭落后小煤矿工作提出具体建议。

| Abstract: | From the problems existed in the productions of the small mines in China, the paper stated the significances of the small mine merger and reorganization. And from a two dimension key points of the safety production and economic input, the paper analyzed the practical basis after the backward small mine shut down, summarized the work idea and basic operation procedure when the backward small mine shut down and finally provided the certain proposals on the works when the backward small mine shut down. |
