| 摘 要： | 以试验为基础分析了影响蜜枣干燥特性的因素,确定了蜜枣干燥过程中温度、湿度的最高、最低界限;对间歇干燥过程中间歇前后的干燥速率进行了对比,得出了间歇后开始干燥时干燥速率明显提高的结果。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the influence factors about dying properties of jujube based on experiments,determined the lowest and highest value of temperature and humidity in drying process on jujube,compared the drying rate of before and after intermission in the intermission drying process,and reached a conclusion that drying rate increase distinctly in initial drying process after intermission. |
