前交叉韧带个性化康复支具的数字化设计

摘    要:为了帮助膝关节前交叉韧带损伤或断裂患者快速康复,设计了一款个性化康复支具。首先,采用膝关节CT及MRI图像,使用Mimics,3-matic等软件构建了前交叉韧带正常和断裂情况下的三维膝关节模型。其次,利用Ansys软件分析了膝关节屈曲0°,30°,60°,90°时,在固定外载荷作用下内、外侧副韧带和后交叉韧带的应力变化情况。最后,根据最新循证医学证据和临床经验,应用正、逆向建模技术设计了一款针对前交叉韧带损伤的膝关节康复支具,并通过虚拟穿戴支具分析了膝关节组织的受力情况。结果表明:前交叉韧带断裂会显著增加膝关节内、外侧副韧带和后交叉韧带的应力和股骨相对于胫骨的位移。所设计的支具能有效减少膝关节因前交叉韧带断裂而产生的过度位移和其他韧带的应力,对患者康复具有积极的促进作用。

Abstract:In order to help patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury or rupture recover quickly,a personalized rehabilitation brace was designed.Firstly,By using CT and MRI images of knee joint and software such as mimics and 3-matic,the three-dimensional knee joint model under normal and broken anterior cruciate ligament was constructed.Secondly,the stress changes of medial collateral ligament,lateral collateral ligament and posterior cruciate ligament were analyzed by Ansys software when the knee flexion was 0°,30°,60° and 90° under the fixed external loads.Finally,according to the latest evidence-based medicine evidence and clinical experience,a knee rehabilitation brace for anterior cruciate ligament injury was designed by using forward and reverse modeling technology,and the stress of knee tissue was analyzed by virtual wearing brace.The results show that: the rupture of anterior cruciate ligament will significantly increase the stress of medial collateral ligament,lateral collateral ligament,posterior cruciate ligament of knee joint and the displacement of femur relative to tibia.The designed brace can effectively reduce the excessive displacement of the knee joint caused by the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament and the stress of other ligaments,and can actively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
