八层立体机织物增强复合材料的复合工艺及性能研究

摘    要:使用平面织机,通过下接上的角联锁连接方式,可以进行多层板材立体机织物的织造。八层立体机织物为平面织机所能织造的最厚立体板材,采用树脂传递成型复合工艺,经乙烯基酯树脂复合处理,得到角钢型材。并由实验测定了洛氏硬度、简支梁冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度等各项性能指标。

Abstract:Using plane loom,by angle interlocking construction of lower layer joint upper layer,one may weave multilayer three-dimensional woven fabric.Eight-layer three-dimensional woven fabric is the thickest three-dimensional plate material.Using resin transferring modeling technology,compounding by vinyl ester resin,we have achieved angle steel,and have measured such property indexes as Luos hardness,blast strength of simple support beam,drawing strength,curving strength etc.by experiment.
