| 摘 要： | 生态工业就是最大限度地减少乃至消除废弃物,将工业副产物转化成可以再利用的产品或资源的一种工业化模式。生态工业的发展可以在实现改善环境的同时,提高企业的经济效益。本文详细阐述了发展生态工业应遵循的耦合共生、循环减量、演变进化和集体优先4项基本原则,并结合这些原则给出了一些具体实例。

| Abstract: | The primary concerns of industrial ecology are waste minimization and the conversion of by-products into reusable products or resources. The application of industrial ecology improves total environmental quality while satisfying the economic demands of industry in a win-win situation. In the paper four principles for industrial ecology including coupling symbiosis,cir- cularly reducing quantities,gradual evolvement,and collectivity priority are introduced.Some examples are presented. |
