以某高速公路现浇箱梁工程为例,论述了双掺技术在泵送高性能混凝土配合比设计中的应用和实施效果。泵送粉煤灰高性能混凝土在桥梁箱梁结构中的应用,在河北省还是首次。在泵送高性能混凝土的配合比设计方面作了新的探索,介绍了施工管理和质量检验方面的经验。

Applicat ion study on double admix ing technology in pump- delivered hig h- proper ty concrete

Through an actual engineering case of cast in-site box beams in a certain expressway construction, the paper has presented an application and effects study of double admixing technology in the mixing ratio of pump-delivered high-property concrete.The pump-delivered high-property flyash concrete being applied to box beam bridge structures has been the first time of its kind in the province. The paper has made a new in-depth exploration into the mixing ratio design of pump-delivered high- property concrete, and some practical experiences in construction management and quality inspection have been presented.
