| 摘 要： | 本文采用现代设计方法对齿轮联轴器的螺栓连接进行了强度的可靠性分析,同时对其作了实地使用的调查,结果表明:螺栓连接的强度裕度比需要的大得多。在合理的选择可靠度条件下可以适当减小螺栓尺寸。文中对齿轮联轴器的连接螺栓的早期失效进行了分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper,modern design method is adopted to analyze the reliability of bolt connection in gear couplings.Some investigations have been conducted on its practical use.The results of the investigations show that the strength margin of bolt connection is by far higher than needed.In the condition of the reasonably chosen reliability,the bolt size can be reduced in a right way.Moreover,in this paper we analyse the initial failure of bolt connection in gear couplings. |
