摘    要:随着形位公差国家标准的贯彻与实施,机械零件形位误差的检测技术日益显得重要。而大型轴类零件形位误差的检测又是其中的一大难题。为了解决这一难题和满足生产需要,我们进行了大型轴类零件形位误差自动测量仪的设计。本仪器的设计特点是:集机械控制、数据采集、数据处理为一体。本设计的完成和将来仪器产品的问世将把大型轴类零件形位误差的检测技术提高到一个新的水平

Abstract:With the implementation and execution of form and position deviations national standard,the technology for measuring mechanical spare parts' form and position deviation is becoming more and more important.Furthermore,The measurement of large axles form and position deviations is one of the most difficult problems.To settle this problem and meet productive demand,we have carried out the design of automatic instrument for measuring form and position deviations of large axles.The feature of this instrument is that it integrates mechanical control with data sampling and data procession.This instrument will greatly improve the technology for measuring large axles form and position deviations.
