基于ADAMS/View的双横臂独立悬架的运动学仿真分析

摘    要:采用虚拟样机技术,借助于ADAMS/View软件这个操作平台,针对某轿车的双横臂独立悬架建立了多体动力学模型并对其进行运动学仿真分析,获得了前轮定位参数(前轮外倾角、前轮前束值、主销内倾角及主销后倾角)随车轮上下跳动的变化规律,为汽车悬架系统的优化提供了良好的理论依据。

Abstract:The multi-body model of double-wishbone independent suspension is built by use of virtual prototyping technology and the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS/View.Through kinematics simulation,analysis of the alignment(camber,toe-in angle,kingpin inclination and caster) and its change rule with the up and down of the wheel is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for sptimizction of vehicle suspension system.
