| 摘 要： | 综述了合金选择氧化理论的发展状况,分析了WAGNER对合金氧化理论的重要贡献,同时还探讨了WAGNER的合金内/外氧化转变理论和合金选择氧化理论在深入研究中所表现出的局限性以及两理论在逻辑上产生的矛盾。大量的实验结果表明,合金的氧化从表面开始,合金表面氧化物的形核与长大的行为决定合金是否发生内氧化。由此,提出了合金由外氧化向内氧化转变的模型,该模型有助于解释更多的实验现象,但还需要深入研究。 |

| Abstract: | The development of the selective oxidation theory is summed up. While analyzing Wagner's contribution to oxidation theory, we discuss the limit and contradiction between the transition theory from internal oxidation to external oxidation and se- lective oxidation. Many experimental results show that oxidation is a process starting from the surface of alloy, and the nucleus and growth of oxides on the surface of alloy determine whether internal oxidation occurs or not. A transition model from exter- nal to internal oxidation is proposed, which is in favour of the interpretation of more experimental results, though further re- search is needed. |
