乙酸钠碳源和铁盐除磷剂对活性污泥系统的影响

摘    要:为进一步提高污水处理厂工艺运行调控技术水平,通过3套SBR小试处理系统,考察了乙酸钠碳源和铁盐除磷剂2种药剂对污水脱氮除磷效果和活性污泥性质的影响。结果表明:投加250 mg/L的乙酸钠碳源和70 mg/L的铁盐除磷剂均可显著提高除磷效果,均可实现出水总磷达到一级A排放标准,其中,投加铁盐除磷剂会削弱生物除磷效果,且随着铁盐除磷剂投加时间的延长,生物除磷效果下降程度增加,而投加乙酸钠碳源会明显增强生物除磷效果,并减轻除磷剂对生物除磷的抑制作用;投加乙酸钠碳源可明显提高反硝化效果,投加铁盐除磷剂反硝化效果略有提高,但不明显,2种药剂对硝化反应均无明显影响;投加乙酸钠碳源可使MLVSS/MLSS,SVI及SOUR值增加,而投加铁盐除磷剂使MLVSS/MLSS和SVI值降低,SOUR值增加。通过考察进一步掌握了2种药剂对污水处理厂活性污泥系统的影响,可为污水处理厂工艺调控提供科学实用的技术参考。

Abstract:In order to further improve the technical level of operation and control of sewage treatment plant,the influence of sodium acetate carbon source and iron salt phosphorus removal agent on sewage denitrification and phosphorus removal effect and the activated sludge properties was inspected through three sets of SBR pilot processing system.The results show that:the addition of 250 mg/L sodium acetate carbon source and 70 mg/L iron salt phosphorus removal agent can significantly improve the effect of phosphorus removal,both of them can make the total phosphorus achieve the level A emission standard;and the addition of iron salt phosphorus removal agent can weaken the biological phosphorus removal effect,and as the time of iron salt phosphorus removal agent addition is extended,the biological phosphorus removal effect is decreased,but the addition of sodium acetate carbon source can significantly enhance the biological phosphorus removal effect and reduce the inhibition effect of phosphorus removal agent on biological phosphorus removal;the denitrification effect can be significantly improved by adding the sodium acetate carbon source,the denitrification effect can be slightly improved by adding the iron salt phosphorus removal agent,but it is not obvious.Both medicaments have no obvious effects on nitration reaction;the value of MLVSS/MLSS,SVI and SOUR can be increased by adding sodium acetate carbon source,while the addition of iron salt phosphorus removal agent can lead to the decrease of the value of MLVSS/MLSS,SVI,and the increase of SOUR value.The effects of two kinds of reagents on activated sludge system of sewage treatment plant are further mastered through investigation,which can provide practical technical reference for the process regulation of sewage treatment plant.HQ]
