摘    要:随着半干法脱硫技术在钢铁行业烧结烟气中的广泛应用,其副产物脱硫灰的利用受到越来越多的重视,通过实验寻找到了脱硫灰用于制备生态胶凝材料的最适宜条件,通过对脱硫灰改性,掺加量为15%(质量分数)时较为适宜,外加乙型促凝剂使凝结时间达标,研制出的胶凝材料化学指标符合《通用硅酸盐水泥》(GB/T 175—2007)中矿渣硅酸盐水泥(PoSoB)标准要求,3 d,28 d抗折抗压强度可满足矿渣硅酸盐水泥52.5标准。另外,还利用SEM分析测试手段分析了其不同龄期的水化产物。
