混凝沉淀-生物接触氧化处理制革废水

摘    要:以河北某制革厂污水处理站为例,通过分析制革废水的特点,采用混凝沉淀-生物接触氧化工艺路线处理制革生产综合废水。该法对废水COD和BOD的去除率可达93%以上,且废水的脱色效果良好,处理后的水质达到了GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的Ⅱ级标准。

Abstract:Taking a tannery wastewater treatment station of Hebei as an axample, through analyzing the characteristics of tannery wastewater, the technology of coagulating sedimentation and biological contact oxidation is used to treat tannery wastewater. It has good effect on decoloring and the removal efficiency of COD and BOD can reach 93 %. The quality of treated water has come up to the second grade of the comprehensive effluent discharge standard,GB 8978-1996.
