Ways and influence factors for renaturation of protein inclusion bodies

To form active protein with an active conformation, processes such as crushing,dissolving and renaturalizing are needed. The renaturation is a very complicated biochemistry process. Only by selecting the proper way and controlling suitable conditions can we raise the efficiency of protein renaturation. This paper summarizes the strategies for renaturation of inclusion bodies, and analyses the factors that influnce renaturation of protein inclusion bodies.
