醇基涂料性能的研究现状

摘    要:醇基涂料可以满足铸造性能要求而得到广泛应用,将复合悬浮剂和新型纳米分散剂加入到醇基涂料中是近年来的研究热点。介绍了醇基涂料的工艺性能以及工作性能方面的研究现状,指出了提高醇基涂料悬浮性和透气性的具体方法:采用加入更有效的悬浮剂和控制制备工艺两种方法来提高醇基涂料的悬浮性;涂料透气性的影响因素主要有耐火骨料的形状和粒度,在铸造浇注的恶劣条件下,耐火骨料的变化以及黏结剂的分解使得涂料的高温透气性不同于低温透气性,将有机黏结剂与无机黏结剂混合使用是醇基涂料黏结剂的发展趋势,加入纤维状耐火骨料提高涂料强度是今后的重要研究方向。

Abstract:The alcohol-based coatings are widely used because they can meet the cast property requirement, and the composite suspending agent and the new nano dispersant being added to the alcohol based coating is a hot research topic in recent years. The current research on alcohol-based coatings about process performance and working performance is reviewed, and the methods to improve the suspension property and air permeability are provided. Two methods including adding more effective suspension agent and controlling preparation process are used to improve the suspension performance of alcohol-based coatings. Under the harsh conditions of casting pouring, the coating permeability is influenced by the shape and size of the refractory aggregate, and high temperature permeability of the coating is different from the low temperature permeability due to the variation of refractory aggregate and the decomposition of the binder. The application of organic binder and inorganic binder is the trend for the alcohol based coating binder. It is also pointed out that adding fibrous refractory aggregate to improve the strength of the coating is a new research direction in the future.
