摘    要:随着大批风电场的建设,风电机组在电网中所占比例越来越高。由于风力发电机组的可控性远弱于火力发电机组和水力发电机组,所以给电网带来了许多新的技术问题,尤其是并网风电机组在持续运行和切换操作过程中产生的电压波动和闪变,会对当地电网的电能质量产生不良影响。结合河北红松风电场实际情况,从并网风电机组输出的功率波动、无功功率补偿、电网稳定性等方面出发,分析了风力发电引起电网电压波动和闪变的主要原因,对降低电网电压失稳进行了浅析。

Abstract:As a large number of wind power stations have been built,more wind turbine generator systems enter into power grids.The weaker controllability than the thermal generator sets and hydroelectric units has brought some new technique problems in power grids.Particularly,the voltage fluctuation and voltage ficker have a bad influence on quality of power when grid-connected wind turbine generator system is running or during switchback.According to the practice of Hebei Hongsong Wind Power Station in terms of power surge,reactive compensation and grid stability,the main reasons for the voltage fluctuation and flicker,as well as how to reduce voltage instability,are discussed.
