内循环无梯度反应器性能的检验

摘    要:利用停留时间分布的测定,介绍了检验理想混合的原理和方法,并对内循环无梯度反应器的性能进行了检验。结果表明:在特定的实验条件下(催化剂厚度1m m ,气体流量80 m L/m in),反应器达到无梯度状态的最小转速为1 800 r/m in,随着气体流量和催化剂装填量的增加,相应的最小转速也要增加。

Abstract:The principle and method for examination of perfect mixture by residence time distributed measurement were introduced,and the performance examination of the internal recycling gradientless reactor was carried out.The results manifested that on a special experimental condition (the catalyst height l mm,the gas flux 80 mL/min) the minimum rotation speed under which gradientless state can be achieved in the reactor was 1 800 r/min,with the increasing of the gas flux and the catalyst height,the corresponding minimum rotation speed also increased.
