摘    要:聚合物纳米粒子是一种新型的药物载体,具有小粒子特征,可以穿越生物膜屏障, 到达传统药物无法到达的人体特定部位,建立起新的给药途径;聚合物载体的多变性又可赋予药物许多新的特点,因而引起广泛关注。按预聚物分散和单体聚合2种方法,介绍了载药聚合物纳米粒子的制备方法以及粒子的表面修饰;描述了粒子的粒度、形貌、相对分子质量、Zeta电位及热性能的表征方法;介绍了其应用现状;对聚合物纳米粒子载药体系的发展方向提出了建议。

Abstract:Polymer nanoparticles as drug carrier systems is a new kind of drug delivery system. It is easy to get to site-specific through biofilm barrier for the nanoparticles. Polymer nanoparticles have new characteristics for multiformity of polymeric material, so polymer nanoparticles employed as drug carriers have attracted attention. In this review, the two preparative methods for dispersion of the preformed polymers and polymerization of monomers are expounded, the measuring method of particles diameter,modality,moleculer weight,Zeta potential and thermic performance are investigated, and the applications are discussed. At last are the suggestions on development trend for polymer nanoparticles as drug carrier.
