机械无级变速器弹流接触区功率损失的研究

摘    要:本文借助于 J+T 流变模型,在三个假设的基础上,对弹流接触区内的滑动功率损失及自旋功率损失分别进行了定量分析,得出了在某些特定情况下,自旋功率损失远大于滑动功率损失的结论。这对 CVT 的研制有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:On the base of three hypothesises and with the help of J+T fluid reogic model,this paper analyses the power loss due to slip and spin at EHD contact area and concludes that the power loss due to spin is much bigger than that due to slip on some specific cases.This conclusion has certain value for the development of CVT.
