X60在硫化氢环境下疲劳裂纹扩展速率研究

摘    要:采用中心裂纹板试样及TS4-12MC电阻测量片测定了X60材料埋弧焊焊缝在空气和不同浓度H2S水溶液环境下的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率.由于疲劳过程的复杂性,试样工作区域又在焊缝处,所以试验的最终结果具有一定分散性.试验结果表明,H2S水溶液环境下的疲劳裂纹扩展速率明显比空气中的快,并且有随着H2S溶液浓度增加而变快的趋势.

Abstract:Experiments on the fatigue crack growth rate of X60 material in air and in H2S solution were conducted.Because the corrosion fatigue process is very complex and the crack zone is on the welding joint,the data obtained is not perfect.Experiment results show that the fatigue crack growth rate in H2S solution is greater than that in air,and increases with increasing concentration of H2S solution.
