BIM与VR技术在装饰工程设计阶段的应用分析

为了解决装饰工程设计阶段存在的设计图纸协同性较差、设计效率低,施工中存在专业碰撞及安全隐患等问题,运用BIM与VR技术并结合实际户型案例,通过构建带有参数属性的可视化设计体系,从可视化、虚拟体验、自主设计、装饰预算、碰撞检查、图纸生成等方面进行设计流程分析,探讨了BIM与VR技术在装饰工程设计阶段所带来的创新及应用价值。结果表明,BIM与VR技术在提高设计师设计效率、增强业主参与度、保证后期施工质量、降低装饰成本、提升业主满意度等方面均发挥了积极作用。BIM与VR技术为设计师和业主带来极大便利,将有可能逐步取代传统装饰工程设计流程。

Application analysis of BIM and VR technology in decoration engineering design stage

In order to solve the problems of poor coordination, low design efficiency, professional collision and potential safety hazard in the design stage of the decoration, a visual design system with a parameter attribute is constructed by using the method of BIM and VR and combining with the actual house type case. The design flow is analyzed from the aspects of visualization, virtual experience, autonomous design, decoration budget, impact inspection, drawing generation and so on,the innovation and application value brought about by the technology of BIM and VR in the design stage of decoration are discussed, the design efficiency of the designer is improved, and the participation of the owner is enhanced. The construction quality of the later stage is guaranteed, the decoration cost is reduced, and the satisfaction of the owner is improved. The results show that the BIM and VR technology bring great convenience to the designer and the owner, and it will be possible to gradually replace the traditional decoration engineering process.
