头孢噻呋钠的紫外分光光度法测定

摘    要:用紫外分光光度法测定头孢噻呋钠的质量浓度,以水为溶剂,在293nm波长处测定吸光度,头孢噻呋钠在7.5~17.5μg/mL范围内吸光度与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,A=0.04833ρ-0.001800,r=0.9999(n=5)。本法适用于生产过程快速分析。

Abstract:An UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of ceftiofur sodium was established.Water was selected as the solvent,at the detection wavelength of 293 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 7. 5 ~ 17. 5μg/mL,A= 0.048 33ρ-0.001 800,r=0.999 9(n=5).The method can be applied to quick determination in the process.
