| 摘 要： | 针对中国经济发展面临的问题,论述了循环经济的内涵和实践的可行性,以及循环经济与实现和谐社会的关系,提出了循环经济建设中循环经济学理论平台、工程实践平台和生态伦理、法规和道德平台等3个平台建设的必要性,介绍了以循环经济理念对化工行业中能源化工、生物化工和生态化工3个领域发展的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The connotation and practical feasibility of circular economic,and the relation between circular economic and harmonious society, were discussed in view of the problems encountered in the present economy development of our country.Three platforms:theory platform, engineering practice platform and the platform on ecological ethics, regulations and morality, were proposed and the necessity of these platforms'' construction in circular economic was expounded.The guidence roles of circular economic to chemical industry, especially to energy chemical industry, bio-chemical industry and ecological chemical industry, were introduced. |
