大滞后对象的程序控制器算法

摘    要:针对不同生产过程的大滞后对象的共同特点,提出一种简单且行之有效的程序控制方法:由时间最优、预估、积分分离PID和Bang-Bang基本控制技术组成复合控制算法,根据偏差和偏差变化率自动切换执行不同的算法。该方法具有编程简单、运算量小、占空间少和实时性强等优点。

Abstract:Considering some common features in various production processes where long time-delay occurs, we present a simple yet rather practical way to control such systems. This algorithm is composed of compound control algorithms,such as time optimization, model prediction, integral separation PID and Bang-Bang control. And the switches are automatically decided by the control error and its rate of change. This method has several advantages such as easy programming,simple computation,real-time working,etc.
