口腔种植导板的数字化设计与3D打印

摘    要:为了提高牙齿种植位置和方向的准确性,降低手术难度,缩短手术时间,降低患者术后不适感和并发症等,对承载着种植体理想植入方位信息的种植导板进行了研究。在没有专用牙齿种植软件的情况下,利用CT图像和三维光学扫描数据重建牙颌模型,使用通用的Mimics,Geomagic和Magics等软件进行种植手术规划与导板设计,并采用FDM和SL两种3D打印工艺对导板进行制作,通过导板与牙模佩戴测试,给出了设计参数,实验结果有助于牙齿种植的数字化和精准化。提出的导板设计与制作工艺可以作为参考,以帮助医生和工程师在没有专用的种植软件的情况下,进行数字化导板的设计与制作,提高种植的精准度和成功率。

Digital design and 3D printing of dental implant guide
Abstract:In order to improve the location and direction accuracy of dental implantation, reduce the difficulty of surgery, shorten operation time, and reduce postoperative discomfort and complications, etc., the dental implant guide carrying ideal location and direction information of the implants is studied. In the absence of special implanting guide design software, the dental model is reconstructed by using the CT images and three dimensional optical scanning data. The implant surgery is planned and the guide is designed with the general Mimics, Geomagic and Magics software. Then the guide plates are manufactured using fused deposition modeling(FDM) and stereolithography(SL) three dimensional printing processes. The design parameters are given through wearing the guide on dental model. The experimental result can help the digitalization and accuracy of dental implantation. The proposed guide design and manufacturing technique may provide reference for helping doctors and engineers design and manufacture the digitized guide without appropriative implanting software, improving the accuracy and success rate of the implanting.
