摘    要:提出了一种图解法的新思路 ,设计平面曲柄滑块 (摇杆 )机构 ,解决了传统图解法设计中量算结合的问题 ,可直接作图求得曲柄和连杆长度 ,作图简便 ,设计思路清晰 ,简化了设计过程 ,而在图解法设计过程中 ,也能加深理解曲柄滑块 (摇杆 )机构的极位特性。

Abstract:This paper gives us a new thought to the graphic method of plane Crank and Slipper(rocker)mechanism,and resolves the problem of measurement and calculation in the design of the traditional graphics,thus working out the length of crank and connecting rod directly by the graphics.At the same time,it draws easily and the thought of drawing is very clear,so it simplifies the design process.By this drawing process,the students can understand the limit location property of crank and slipper (rocker)machanism more deeply.
