摘    要:针对含酚废水处理中水塔自投产后处理水量和脱氨效率一直达不到设计指标的实际运行状况,通过对多年运行情况进行分析,得出造成这一状况的主要原因是水塔侧汽提氨冷器冷却面积不足和通量不够,并针对性地采取了改进措施,提高了处理水量和脱氨效率。

Abstract:Water tower of phenolic wastewater treatment has low efficiency,and water process amount and ammonia remove efficiency are less than the design specifications.Through analysis,it is found that the main reason is the annular side steam stripping and ammonia tanks water tower side cooling area is inadequate and the flux is not enough.Some measures are made to improve the treatment efficiency.
