摘 要: | 提出用一种小型化的X射线检测设备对电力电缆进行检测的方法,以解决传统X射线设备效率低下的问题。为了验证这种方法的可行性,研究了小型X射线机的辐射剂量,利用小型X射线机和IP板的组合对电缆进行了X射线透射能力和成像质量的试验,并利用小型化X射线检测设备对被模拟破坏的电缆进行透照试验。结果表明:小型化脉冲X射线检测设备辐射剂量比较小,成像效果比较理想,可以在适当的现场用其提高工作效率。

Research on small X-ray inspection equipment for cables |

Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of traditional X-ray detection equipments, the paper puts forward a method to detect the power cable with a miniaturized X-ray detection equipment. In order to verify the feasibility of this method, the radiation dose of a small X-ray machine is studied, and the X-ray transmission capability and imaging quality of the cable are carried out by using the combination of small X-ray machine and IP board, and the simulated damaged cable is irradiated by a miniaturized X-ray detection device. It is concluded that the radiation dose of small pulsed X-ray detection equipment is relatively small, and it''s imaging effect is ideal, so it can be used to improve the working efficiency in the appropriate field. |
