摘    要:由于直线运动滚动导轨具有摩擦力小、运动平稳、精度高、在预紧条件下工作刚性好等特点,所以广泛应用于数控机床、精密机械、电子加工装置等。本文论述了直线运动滚动导轨的类型、特点及应用场合,阐明了滚动导轨间隙、精度的选择原则及其配置和组合方式,针对几种典型负荷工作状态,给出了计算负荷的计算公式、等效方法,以及选型设计的一般步骤,为合理选用直线运动滚动导轨的类型和型号提供了依据。

Abstract:The leading track of rolling motion in line-movement has some characteristics.such as the little friction, the placid movement.the high precision and the betler rigidity when working in the condition of beforehand tighte-ning. They are used in numerical control machine tool in exactitude mechanism and electron machining mechanism. The characteristics and the types and the application occasion of leading track of rolling motion in line-movement are discussed in this paper. The selecting principles of clearance, precision and the manners of collocation and combina-tion of leading track of rolling motion are expounded.In response to some working States of representative burdens, the calculating expressions of calculated burdens and equivalent methods.the common steps of selecting models and designing methods are provided. Accordingly,we can choose the types and the models of the leading track of rolling motion in line-movement properly.
