摘    要:在电解电镀、电加热、埋弧焊接等低压大电流、大功率的场合,双反星形整流电源应用广泛,对整流电源的精度要求越来越高。为提高整流电源的精度,在设计中,对双反星形整流电路性能进行了具体分析,在控制系统中,设计了PID电压调节器和PID电流调节器来实现电压和电流的闭环控制,选择ATmega128单片机作为核心控制器,采用RS-485接口实现了主、从设备之间的通信。使用Pspice软件对电路进行仿真,通过仿真和实验证明了设计方法的可行性。

Abstract:In the low voltage high current and high power applications such as electrolytic plating, electric heating and submerged arc welding,dual star rectifier circuit has been widely used, and the accuracy requirement for the rectification power supply is higher. In the design, the dual star rectifier circuit is analyzed. In the control system, PID voltage regulator and PID current regulator are designed to realize the closed loop control of voltage and current, and the ATmega128 microcontroller is selected as the core controller; RS-485 interface is used to achieve the communication between the master and slave devices. The circuit is simulated by using Pspice software, and the feasibility of the design method is proved by simulation and experiment.
