甲基磺酸铜催化合成丙酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:研究了甲基磺酸铜催化丙酸和异戊醇的酯化反应,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响;找到了较佳的反应条件:丙酸用量为0.15mol,醇酸摩尔比为1.2∶1,催化剂用量为0.25%(以丙酸的摩尔分数计),反应时间为3h,反应温度为85~90℃,环己烷用量为5mL(作为带水剂),在此条件下酯化率可达98.2%。反应结束后,通过简单的相分离即可达到产物与催化剂分离的目的。甲基磺酸铜重复使用8次后,其催化活性无明显下降,酯化率仍可达到93.1%。

Abstract:Copper methanesulfonate is used as catalyst for the esterification of isoamyl alcohol and pionic acid.Effects of the amount of catalyst, reaction time and alcohol acid mole's ratio are investigated. The esterify yield is up to 98.2% under the optimum conditions: propionic acid 0.15 mol, alcohol acid mole's ratio 1.2∶1, consumption of catalyst 0.25% (molar percent of propionic acid), reaction time for 3.0 h, 85~90 ℃, 5 mL cyclohexane. Copper methanesulfonate is used repeatedly for 8 times without obvious loss of activity and with the esterify yield still over 93.1%. The catalyst can be easily recovered and reused.Copper methanesulfonate as catalyst is better based on the esterification reaction of isoamyl alcohol with pionic acid.
