羰基合成醋酸乙烯技术进展

摘    要:对醋酸乙烯传统生产方法进行了综述,着重对醋酸甲酯与合成气经羰基合成生产醋酸乙烯的技术进行了综述,并从催化剂金属主体、助催化剂、载体等方面介绍了该方法的技术进展。该法不用乙烯(乙炔)和醋酸,而只用聚乙烯醇生产过程中的副产物醋酸甲酯与合成气反应,便可生成醋酸乙烯。

Abstract:The conventional methods of synthesis vinyl acetatea (VAC) are reviewed.The technique to synthesize VAC by carbonylation from methyl acetate and synthsis gas are also reviewed in this paper.Advances in major metal of catalyst,promoter and catalyst supporter are introduced.Eliminating the need of ethylene or acetylene and external acetic acid,VAC can be produced from synthesis gas and methyl acetate which is the by-product of PVA.
