小型UPS电源功率管过载保护电路设计

摘    要:随着UPS电源系统的广泛应用,它的可靠性和可用性研究受到普遍关注。小客户大量使用的小型UPS电源结构简单、价格低廉,但过载设计上保护措施不够完善,使其使用寿命受到严重的限制。针对此问题,提出一种利用功率管安全工作区特性对功率MOSFET管进行过载保护的方法,且设计了保护电路,并对电路元件参数进行了理论计算。结果表明该电路结构简单,有较强的可移植性,可适用于大多数的逆变电路开关管的保护。

Abstract:With the wide application of UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply),the research in reliability and availability has attracted much concern.The miniature UPS,which is widely used by small customers,has characteristics of simple structure,low price,but imperfect protective measures in overload design.Therefore,there is a severe restriction to the service life of the power.In order to solve this problem,we bring forward a kind of overload protective approach to protect power MOSFET tube by using the characteristics of power transistor safe operating area.Moreover,we also design a protective circuit and make theoretical calculation of circuit component parameters.The results have demonstrated that the electric circuit is simple-structured,strongly portable,and suitable for the protection on most inverted circuit switching tubes.
