摘    要:介绍了超声导波检测技术的研究意义、发展现状、导波检测的基本原理和激励频率的确定。应用ANSYS有限元分析程序建立管道模型,删除模型中部部分单元模拟切槽缺陷,施加端部激励载荷产生L(0,2)和T(0,1)模态导波,模拟超声导波的传播及遇到缺陷的反射回波情况,通过对接收信号的分析,较为准确地定位了缺陷位置。

Abstract:The importance of studying the ultrasonic guided wave detection technology,the development situation,the basic theories of defect detection using ultrasonic guided waves and the determination of exciting frequency were introduced.The model of a pipe was built using the ANSYS finite element analysis software,and some elements located in the middle of the pipe were deleted in order to simulate a notch defect,then the L(0,2)and T(0,1) mode guided waves were excited by the loads exerted on the end of the model....
