摘    要:华北制药股份有限公司是国内惟一拥有青霉素V钾从发酵到制剂成套生产技术的企业。其产品率先在国内通过万例免皮试试验,与针剂青霉素相比,口服青霉素V钾片更安全,更经济。青V钾片原采用有机相包衣工艺,成本高又影响环保,而采用水相包衣可避免毒性的污染,对安全生产及产品质量均有很大益处。采用正交实验法确定水相包衣工艺参数为华北制药公司填补了一项空白,青霉素V钾片各项技术指标均符合药典标准。该技术节材降耗,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Traditionally,the coating of Phenoxymethylpenicillin Potassium Tablets is made of organic phase, which is of high cost and pollutes the environment. But if we use water phase, we can avoid the pollution and it will be very good for safety of production and quality of products.To use Orthogonal Testing Method to determine the craft parameters of water phase coating has filled in the gap in NCPC. With the technology.all indexes of these high quality tablets comply with the standards of China Pharmacopoeia, and the technology can save materials,decrease cost and increase economic efficiency remarkably for the company.
