卤水-石灰乳法制备氢氧化镁的研究

摘    要:配制1 mol/L的氯化镁溶液模拟卤水作为原料,以石灰乳为沉淀剂制备氢氧化镁,研究了加料速度、反应温度、陈化时间等因素对氢氧化镁质量的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和比表面积测定仪对氢氧化镁的形貌和晶体结构进行了表征。结果表明,在80℃、加料2 h、陈化1 h时,制备的氢氧化镁纯度达到98%以上,氧化钙质量分数低于0.2%,产品颗粒呈片状结构,形貌规则。

Abstract:Magnesium hydroxide was prepared with brine(instead by 1 mol/L MgCl) and lime milk.The influences of feeding rate,reaction temperature and aging time on the quality of the product were investigated,and optimal operation conditions were obtained.The product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and BET analyzer.The results show that the content of magnesium hydroxide in the product is more than 98%,while the content of calcium oxide is lower than 0.2%.The morphology of the parti...
