可编程控制器发展综述

摘    要:论述了可编程控制器(PLC)的产生和发展过程,概述了其特点、应用领域及今后的发展趋势。鉴于PLC具有通用性强、使用方便,功能性强、使用面广,可靠性高、抗干扰能力强,编程方法简单、易掌握,体积小,功耗低等特点,并且PLC控制技术将成为今后工业自动化的手段之一,建议将PLC内容纳入大学本科非电专业教学计划,以利于学生了解和掌握电机控制的先进技术。

Abstract:This paper discusses the birth and developing process of PLC, summarizes its characteristics, applications and development trend in the future. In view of the fact that PLC possesses the characteristics of stubborn property in common use,convenience to use,stubborn functions,fitness to lots of fields,high reliability,disturb resistance,easy coding and controlling, small volume and low power consumption, PLC control techniques will become one of the measures for industrial automatics in the future. This paper indicates that we should apply PLC as a undergraduate course plan for those whose majors are not in electricity. It is good for students to understand and master the advanced technology of electrical engine's control.
