摘    要:葡萄糖作为一种重要的化工原料及中间体,其检测对于分析产品组成及监测反应进程有着十分重要的作用。介绍了葡萄糖的主要检测方法:HPLC法、分光光度法、旋光度法、生物传感器法、气相色谱法等。

Abstract:Glucose is an important chemical raw material and midbody,and the detection of it is playing an important role both in product analysis and reaction process monitor.The major detection methods of glucose are HPLC method,spectrophotometry method,polarinetry method,biosensor method,gas chromatography method,and so on.
