| 摘 要： | 葡萄糖作为一种重要的化工原料及中间体,其检测对于分析产品组成及监测反应进程有着十分重要的作用。介绍了葡萄糖的主要检测方法:HPLC法、分光光度法、旋光度法、生物传感器法、气相色谱法等。
