雇员接触点管理研究

摘    要:从雇员进入企业后接触到的企业对雇员的各个"影响点"的分析入手,提出了雇员接触点的概念,揭示了影响雇员工作动力和工作绩效的因素,构建了雇员接触点模型,从与雇员经济收益相关性、工作相关性、雇员发展相关性3个方面对雇员接触点进行了分析,最后提出雇员接触点管理策略和方法。

Abstract:From the analysis of each influence point after employees first join the enterprise,we put forward the concept of employee contact points,unveiled the factors that influence employees work motiv ation and work performance,set up the employee contact points model,analyzed the employee contact points from three aspects of the employee economic income relativity,the work relativity,and the employee development relativity,and finally put forward the employee contact points management strategies and methods.
