Q235钢手工自蔓延焊接工艺研究

摘    要:阐述了手工自蔓延焊接工艺的原理、特点,并以Q235钢板为焊接模型进行了焊接试验。结果表明:焊接5 mm厚低碳钢板可单面焊双面成形,焊缝抗拉强度可在350 MPa以上,与受焊母材Q235强度基本相当。

Abstract:This paper expounds the principle,the characteristics of manual SHS welding.The test result indicates that welding the low-carbon steel board of 5 mm thick can lead to one-side welding with both sides forming.The welding seam tensile strength reaches 350 MPa,similar to that of raw material Q235.
