| 摘 要： | 针对某医院项目冷却塔放置于屋顶,因噪声污染引起民事纠纷,提出了3种改造方案,并分别论述3种方案的可行性,最终确定将冷却塔置于地下室,解决了噪声问题对居民的干扰,并为以后工程中冷却塔的设置提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Due to the civil disputes caused by noise pollution of a cooling tower placed on the hospital roof,the paper puts forward three transformation schemes.Based on analysis,it advises to put the cooling towerin basement to solve the noise problem,which also provides reference for cooling tower location of future projects. |
