| 摘 要： | 为了促使硬脂酸及其衍生物生产工艺的不断创新,通过文献调研,综合阐述了硬脂酸的合成原理,分析了硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐和硬脂酸衍生物(包括硬脂酸正丁酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯和硬脂酸甲酯)的一般合成路线,并介绍了新的生产工艺及其优点,为进一步改进合成方法,优化生产工艺提供了借鉴。 |

Study on Synthesis of Stearic Acid and Its Ramification |

| Abstract: | Stearic acid is an important chemical industry material. In order to spur the innovation of manufacture technics of stearic acid and its ramification, we survey some relavent literature,summarize the synthesis theory of stearic acid and analyze the commonly synthesis route of stearic acid, stearate and the ramification of stearic acid (including butyl stearic acid , single glycerol stearic acid and methyl stearic acid). Moreover, the new manufacture technics and the strongpoints of stearic acid and stearate are introduced,thus providing some help for improving the synthesis method and optimizing manufacture technics. |
