无油润滑压缩机设计中的pv值及其应用研究

摘    要:对无油润滑压缩机设计中的pv值进行了研究。对活塞环的磨损特性分析表明,pv值越大,活塞环磨损越大、寿命越低。通过pv值的计算推得由pv值和pv]值来确定活塞环数的计算式。经分析认为一般资料所给活塞环材料的pv]值过低,所得环数过多,给压缩机在结构尺寸、成本、加工和装配等方面带来问题。推荐了常用无油润滑材料的pv]值。实际应用表明按推荐值设计的压缩机结构紧凑,活塞环运行寿命达4 000 h以上。
