水泵底阀漏水问题的分析与措施

对水泵底阀漏水问题进行了分析，认为底阀更换多次仍漏水时应考虑水泵停转水倒流使底阀关闭的同时，会在上部形成真空区，造成阀门关不严而渐渐漏水；解决方法有两个，一是在止回阀和水泵之间安装一个通向空气的止回阀，二是酌情把水泵出口的止回阀去掉。

Analysis and Countermeasure of the Leak Problem of Low-valve

The leak problem of the low-valve of the centrifugal pump is analysed,the low-valvestill leak if offen change low-valve,the reason must be vacuum formed by flow backwards as pumpstop under the pump check valve. There are two ways to deal with the leak problem of low-valve,one is installing a check valve towards air under the pump check valve;another is removing thepump check valve according to the judgment.
