摘    要:以聚苯硫醚纤维和不锈钢纤维混纺纱为基础,设计并织制了不同混纺比、不同排列方式、不同组织的织物;测试了不同规格织物的抗静电性能、防电磁辐射性能和阻燃性能等功能性指标,分析了上述性能实现的影响因素及其作用机理。研究结果表明,不锈钢纤维含量对织物抗静电性能、防辐射性能影响显著,且织物抗静电性能、防辐射性能随不锈钢含量的增加而增强,但不锈钢纤维含量对织物的阻燃性能影响不显著;混纺纱的排列方式、织物组织对织物的防电磁辐射性能影响显著,混纺织物具有良好的阻燃性能。

Abstract:Kinds of woven complex functional fabrics with different blending ratio,yarn arrangement and weave structure were designed and manufactured with blended yarns of PPS fiber and stainless steel fiber.The antistatic behavior,electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and flame resistance were measured according to the standards.And the influencing parameter and mechanism of these properties were analyzed.Results showed that the antistatic behavior and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabrics were influenced greatly by the content of the stainless steel fiber in the fabric and with the increase of the content the properties rise sharply.The content of stainless steel fiber had no significant influence on the flame resistance of the fabric.And the arrangements of blended yarns and fabric weave have significant effect on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabrics.The results showed that the flame resistances of the designed fabrics were excellent.
