| 摘 要： | 介绍了美术透明皂的托架法制备工艺,对嵌入物制备的干燥条件进行了考察,得出其干燥条件温度控制在30 ℃、湿度控制在50%左右、时间控制在24~36 h较适宜。在制备美术透明皂实验中,还摸索出了影响美术透明皂外观质量的其他因素,浇皂片时一定要将透明皂皂片翻过来,放回塑料圆盒中作为托架;透明皂的粘合面和嵌入物一定要刷混合液;在灌装时,需用竹签将气泡赶出,且须有修理工序。 |

| Abstract: | This paper details a supporter preparation method of gift transparent soap.Especially studieds the dry condition of the preparation of the inlayer.It draws a conclusion of dry condition,temperature 30℃,humidity 50%,and time 24h~36h.And tries to find out the several elements which affect transparent soap's appearance quality in preparation experiment of gift transparent soap.The soap flakes must be turned over and put in the plastics box as supporter when cast soap flakes.The sticky face and the inlayer of transparent soap must be brushed witn mixture.It needs bamboo picks to drive the bubble out when pouring soap in,and there must be supplied with the repair section.It improves the production technology and quality of gift transparent soap. |
